The order process was easy and the items arrived within one week of our placing the order. We love the Black and Decker 4 slice toaster. It toasted our bread evenly the very first time we used it. What a pleasure to have all the toast done at once instead of one of us having to wait and eat it cold. The Black and Decker double vegetable and rice steamer is wonderful. We eat a lot of asparagus and artichokes and always had a problem getting them done just right. Now we set the timer and forget it. The vegetables are done to perfection.
